We hear about peace, joy, hope, love, comfort, and closeness with God…but for many people, those things still feel distant, theoretical, or reserved for “super spiritual” Christians. In week 2 of The Spirit, we look at one of the primary roles of the Holy Spirit: helping us experience the presence of God personally. The Holy Spirit takes truths ABOUT God and makes them real IN us.
